Conditions
  • All Rates are inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 7% Government Tax.
  • Check out Time 12:00
  • Check in Time 14:00
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice by Management
Payment Terms
  • 20 % deposit can be paid by bank transfer or by PayPal to booking@karlssons-phuket.com
  • Balance paid by cash on Arrival, bank transfer or PayPal before arrival
Cancellations
  • If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, full refund minus bank charges.
  • If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the deposit will be charged./li>
